Cylinder Direct Price Match Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility for Price Match:
- The Price Match applies to identical products/services offered by competitors.
- The competitor’s quote must be in writing and provided during the quoting process.
- The competitor’s product/service must be available for immediate purchase and delivery.
2. Proof of Price:
- The competitor’s quote must be verifiable and presented in a formal document.
- Screenshots, printouts, or any informal quotes will not be accepted.
3. Exclusions:
- Clearance, liquidation sales, special orders, and limited-time promotions by competitors are excluded from the Price Match.
- Prices offered by auction sites or marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace) are not eligible.
4. Conditions:
- The Price Match can only be claimed during the quoting process before the final quote is accepted.
- The price match will be provided as an adjustment to the quoted price.
- The Price Match includes only the exact services and products listed in the competitor’s quote.
- Please note that competitors may occasionally omit or underquote certain service items and parts. Our Price Match is based solely on the line items listed in the competitor’s quote. However, our quotes will include all necessary services and parts to ensure that the job is completed to a high standard, even if this results in a higher overall quote.
5. Limitation:
- We reserve the right to limit the quantities of items price matched per customer.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
6. Non-Transferable:
- The Price Match is non-transferable and can only be used by the original requester.
7. Modifications and Termination:
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Price Match at any time without prior notice.
